Double Garage Man Cave Floor Plans [Free]

Some of us are lucky enough to have a double garage available to convert into their perfect man cave.

The dimensions used in this example are 24′ by 22′. That’s obviously two normal sized garages next to each other hence the “double” in the title. These garages are quite common in suburban areas although the sizes could be slightly different.

Since it’s double the size of a single garage, we’ve got quite a bit more space to play with. It’s not quite big enough to fit in anything and everything.

This is just an example of what you can do. Of course you might have different priorities and choose to lay out your man cave a bit differently. As you can see below, a double garage is enough for a generous bar area, a pool table and a seating area with TV, sofa and armchair.

You could exchange the pool table for a poker table or make the seating area a bit bigger. Alternatively you could add a toilet if that’s possible in your space.
